Jean Louise Debnam (nee Brethour) Entered into rest peacefully at Caressant Care in Lindsay, with family by her side, on Sunday, December 13th, in her 90th year. Beloved wife of the late Clifford E. Debnam (1998). Loving and devoted mother and mother-in-law of Dale and Karen of Lindsay, Clare and Barbara of Sunderland, Grant and Mimi of Oshawa and Laurie and Jan of Sunderland. Very proud grandmother of Kevin (Kerri), Michelle (Graham), Crystal (Rob), Danielle and Brett (Sarah). Also remembered as a step grandmother by the Bogaert family; Terry (Bill), John (Lori), Scott (Patti), Todd (Darlene), Paul deceased 2009 (Cheryl) and Wayne deceased 2006. Adoring great grandmother of Madeline, Laiken, Madyson, Paige, Kristen and Tyler and step great grandchildren of the Bogaert and King families. Jean will be remembered by her sister Eileen Debnam and brothers Wilmot (Lorna) and Lorne (Grace) Brethour and by sister-in-law Muriel Naylor. Pre - deceased by brother Morley (and Gladys) and brother-in-laws Kenneth Debnam and Frank Naylor. Dearly remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Friends are invited to call at the Thorne Memorial Chapel, 98 River St. in Sunderland, on Tuesday, December 15 from 7-9 pm. Funeral Service in the Chapel on Wednesday, December 16th, 2009 at 1:00 pm. Interment Foster Memorial Cemetery. As a remembrance, donations to Uxbridge Cottage Hospital, Udora United Church or a charity of your choice, would be appreciated.
